Step 1 – The user can go setting -> update customer information and check again.

Step 2 – You may check in the accounting system, the customer is under that user agent code or not

Step 3 – If it’s a new customer, you can manually sync the customer interval, customer – agent interval, branch interval, after that ask the user go setting -> update customer information and check again
