The new server and database have recovered. Some configuration need to be done for individual affected accounts.

The server team still trying the best to recover the server with different methods, in the nutshell, yesterday they were trying to recover the databases with some standard recovery application but not successful, as this is not the kind of common error that server experts faced before.
EasySales team has working with server experts from Sunday evening until now, even in the midnight, we really treat this matter seriously.
We can see some positive progress right now as some databases already recovered, and this time we have split the server into web services and databases into 2 servers.
Once the server experts recover the database, we will work with them to find out the root cause.

On 27 Aug (Sunday) around 5.30PM, I am regret to inform that one of our server database experienced an downtime.
In Easysales, we are focusing in our software development, like most of the software providers, we engage server from external parties.
This incident differs from the one on 17th April. Previously, the issue occurred was due to the server’s inability to release storage, even after our logged files were deleted. However, for this time, we are still awaiting a response from the server experts to identify the root cause.
Our team is working closely with server experts to recover the server. Unfortunately, we are unable to let you know what time it will back to normal, it can be within hour or next day, In the meantime, please stop using easysales app until further notice.
I truly understand your frustration, our app is stop functioning when the Merdeka holiday is around the corner when you expecting huge amount of orders, we have taken your feedback into account and have made efforts to enhance our system but it is not what we expecting yet. For example, we have daily back up now but it is useless as the salesperson or customer orders could be placed 1 minute before the database corrupted.
