Multiple logins with different company
Step 1 – you logout the account first, then login again the other company account Step 2 – click this company name button Step 3 – then you can click the company name to change the company account
Order no transfer when click the transfer button in app
Step 1 – If it show the error transfer the order failed, you can reconnect the internet and try again Step 2 – If the button become grey and nothing happen, you may kill the app and open transfer again Step 3 – If still cannot, you can inform Easysales
Showing a red icon middle top in app (Weak internet connection)
This icon you can turn on and turn off the airplane mode or reconnect the WIFI internet again
The customer statement, price history no tally with accounting system
You can manually sync the invoice interval, invoice details interval, credit note interval, credit not details interval, debit note, details interval, receipt interval and ageing ko after that ask the user generate statement and check again
How to inactive the product
You can go out BackOffice, go to Stock List -> click the lock icon to inactive the product. The active items button is able to change you want to see active items or inactive items
Product and customer unable search in app
Step 1 – The user can go setting -> update customer information and check again. Step 2 – You may check in the accounting system, the customer is under that user agent code or not Step 3 – If it’s a new customer, you can manually sync the customer interval,
